From your first visit to a running tap, here's exactly what happens and in what order.
Request at the branch
Visit any NYAHUWASCO office and request a new connection, providing your personal details.
Site survey
A surveyor visits the ground to assess connectability and determine the materials required.
Notification of requirements
You're notified of the required materials and the associated charges.
Invoice generated
Bring the required documents back to the office, and an invoice is generated for you.
Make payment
Settle the invoice at the office or through the available payment channels.
Connection issued
Once your payment is verified, you're issued with a new connection form to sign.
Connected within 3 days
Return the duly signed form, and your new connection is completed within three days.
Requesting a Water Bowser & Exhausting Services
Need water delivered or a tank exhausted? It only takes three steps.
Call NYAHUWASCO or visit the office and give the exact location where the service is required.
Make payment for the service through M-PESA or bank transfer.
Once payment is confirmed, the water bowser or exhausting service is delivered to your location.
