How do I pay my water bills?

You can pay your water Bill Payments using either of the following options
  • Safaricom Paybill Number:  873900
  • Family Bank
  • Equity Bank
  • Post Bank

 1. Mpesa Payment Procedure:

  1. Go to Safaricom Menu in your cell phone
  2. Go to M-Pesa
  3. Select Paybill
  4. Enter Paybill number 873900
  5. Enter your water account number as account number
  6. Enter amount
  7. Enter your M-Pesa Pin
  8. Enter M-Pesa PIN
  9. Press Ok

 

2. Bank Payment Procedure:

  1. Visit Post Bank, Equity bank or Family Bank.
  2. Present your water account number and amount you need to pay.

 

3. Water Tanker Services

You will need to visit our offices or call us on 0728348312. 

You will be given an invoice which has a number.

Then you follow the following instructions.

  1. Go to Safaricom Menu in your cell phone
  2. Go to M-Pesa
  3. Select Paybill
  4. Enter Paybill number 873900
  5. Enter the Invoice number provided
  6. Enter amount
  7. Enter your M-Pesa Pin
  8. Enter M-Pesa PIN
  9. Press Ok

 

4. New Connections

You will need to visit our offices or call us on 0728348312. 

Our staff will visit site and carry out a survey to assess availability of water service at your premises. 

If connectable, an invoice will be generated for you. An agreement form will also be generated and signed off appropriately. 

You will then be connected as per our service charter.

Then you follow the following instructions.

  1. Go to Safaricom Menu in your cell phone
  2. Go to M-Pesa
  3. Select Paybill
  4. Enter Paybill number 873900
  5. Enter the Invoice number provided
  6. Enter amount
  7. Enter your M-Pesa Pin
  8. Enter M-Pesa PIN
  9. Press Ok

Can I stop supply of water for sometimes while I am not using the services?

Yes, you can apply to stop water services while you are away for sometimes. You will visit our offices and get a form where you will fill in your details and make payments for temporary disconnection. We refer to it as “disconnection on request”.

How do I report a complaint or complement?

  1. You can visit any of our offices.
  2. You can call our customer hotline number provided in the website and put forth your complaint.
  3. Write a message and sent to 21292, stating your connection number, name and nature of complaint.
