  3. Write a message and sent to 21292, stating your connection number, name and nature of complaint.
  4. In either channel,a ticket number will be genetrated for you to enable tracking.
  5. Your issue will be resolved according to our service charter.
  6. Once your issue is resolved, a confirmation message will be sent to your number.
